To add, here's also how each opponent (played or not, minus FCS Furman) and Clemson current stack in the S&P Offense and defense rankings:
Clem O 9/D 10
Texas A&M O 16/D33 BC O 17/D 45 SCar O 29/D 52 Duke O 49/D 31 GT O 31/D 80 NC St O 58/D 46 WF O 46/D 76 Syr O 77/D 56 Lou O 90/D 67 FSU O 117/D 23 GSU O 84/D 99

Off topic a bit here but looking at your defensive stats on Cuse I have to say that the Noles’ offense has got to be on track to make history with how bad they are. My how the mighty have fallen.

Your question can be answered without stats. DON’T ARGUE FOOTBALL WITH A COOT!! It’s like playing chess with a pigeon. They knock over all the pieces, crap on the board, and then strut around like they won. It’s pointless!! Hope this helps. Go Tigers!!

I get it. To an extent. You can’t argue that the Pitt game wasn’t lost on playcalling. 47-3. Pitt hadn’t stopped any pass all night. They had STUFFED the run. ALL NIGHT. We run it two plays in a row. AND telegraph it Rob Spence style. The playcalling turns playing not to lose. Sure, it’s worked. Just because it works doesn’t make it perfect! The pollsters awarded the inept playcalling. Slid us to 3rd. Rob Spece returned. Turned Lawrence into a zone read machine. And, KB into an announce Qb power. That CAN be improved. Stop answering with rose colored glasses, and brown colored nose! Bwahahahaha! Had to say it. That playing not to lose, prevent defense has worked most of the time. Except against Bama. 33% of the time against Bama. Now, fix that. It’s in gaining that killer instinct.

We have held up so far only bc of the talent we have, but that will run out against quality teams, if not during the season, it most definitely will in the playoffs!!!

We did not score 40 points on Bama running the same offense or offensives play that has been called in every game this season!!! The plays they are calling now, they are trying to make up for the down field inability of KB's arm, and the lack of experience for Trevor. A lot of our fans will hate this but, Trevor is our future for the next 2 years and what ever games we have to play this year, and it probably would have been better if we went with Trevor as the starter, and KB as the back up, or, ride with KB as the starter with Trevor as the back up without fooling around with a 2 QB system. Our QB's are not finding their rhythm taking turns in series. And our offense as a whole isn't finding their rhythm with two totally different QB's!!! Their practice time is spit for two different styles of QB's....

So you’re telling me...

That a junior Deshaun Watson was able to run different offensive plays than a true freshman TL or 2nd year starter KB?
Now that’s a hot take.
