Next man up at this point. Lets see the stars shine through. They were recruited to be factors, and 'now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the program (to borrow a famous quote and to tweak it a little)

Horribble! A defense that has basically played 5-6 games in 4 because offense cant sustain drives. Players like Skalski wasted a year of coming back for inept offensive coaching.

I share your frustration, but I don't share your expression of disdain for our program. I, too, am so disappointed, but I'm not going to berate Skalski's, et.al., decision on coming back and trying to have more success this year. It just hasn't worked out, so far. I wish it had, but we play the hand we're dealt, and so do the players, and this hand has no pairs, nor many face cards, so far. Hope it gets better quickly! JMO, so don't hate on me for saying this. I just want us to figure this out, 'grow some pairs' of manhood, and make something out of seemingly nothing, at least so far. GO TIGERS!!!!!

God has his plan for Bryan! You know his heart is with his sister ( definitely not what he wanted) but he can now spend the time with her as it is in God's will because you know he would have grinder it out with the team. God speed young man and prayin* for speedy recovery for you and healing for your sister!,

Praying for the best. His talent cannot be replaced. It was obvious to anyone watching Saturday what a difference maker he is. NCST moved the ball easily after he was out.

I have a thought and I’d really like some comments on it. Back in the 50’s Clemson had two QB’s who each had a “squad” of their own 10 players : L. Shingler and H. White. We’ve wasted an abundance of talent and seen good players who aren’t getting playing time go to the portal and start for other teams. Why not give DJ and Taison each a squad, no first or second team designation, and rotate them in and out, not necessarily alternating, depending on who is being successful. It would make it harder for opponents to prepare for a given QB and would give some players who are riding the bench a chance to show their metal. What could it hurt? Nothing else has worked. I may have my players confused, but somewhere back in that earlier time we played LSU in the SugarcBowl with Billy Cannon at QB. We were supposed to get run out. We lost 7-0 on either a fumble or interception. I’m not sure the two platoon approach and the Sugar Bowl appearance were connected. I was young then. We’ve got to try something else.

Oh no! This a devastating blow for the team losing it best defensive players and along with it ‘s 3rd best defensive player in T.Davis too . Maybe this will give Capehart a chance to come off of the bench and get some meaningful reps. He was 4-star recruit in last year’s freshman class with Breese
