So, I made this really bad video .... enjoy!

Not really, but while I was eating lunch, the muse hit me and I jotted this down.

Then I had to find a karaoke version of the song.

So, for full effect, try this: Copy/paste the Youtube url in a separate window and when the music starts, just sing along. I think the syntax is close enough for jazz.

And if anyone has the skills to put the song and words together, go for it!

Dabo, take that opening kick and drive those Tigers hard.
'Cause Hell's broke loose in Georgia, and the Bulldog holds the cards.

And if you win you get a shiny football made of gold.
But if you lose, that Dawg will get your soul.

The Bulldog won the opening toss and he said, "I'll start this show." But fumbles flew from his fingertips as each scoring chance he’d blow.

And then fans began to boo and howl and moan and whine and ####. When the Tiger defense got fired up, it sounded something like this ...

(interlude ... insert lots of drunken cursing)

When the Bulldog finished, Dabo said, "Well, that’s pretty sad there, son. Go play dead between the Hedges while we show you how it's done."

Tigers are coming, run Dawg run!
Georgia’s gonna lose another one.
Fans are screaming for Mark Richt’s head.
Their dreams of the playoffs will soon be dead.

The Bulldog howled and whined, ‘cause he knew that he'd been beat. And he laid that golden football on the ground at Dabo’s feet.

The Tiger said, "Dawg, just come on back if you ever wanna try again. But I bet you won’t, you cowardly cur, ‘cause we the best that’s ever been!

And he played:

Vic’s coming for you, run, Dawg, run!
Georgia’s starting 0-and-1.
Looking for a rematch, don’t hold your breath.
‘Cause now, the Dawgs are skert to death!
