Fired Thomas and the O'line improved.
Had the WR stayed static, Grish would be gone though I'm still not totally without concern there.
It will be Allen's decision on his assistants after one season, which is pretty standard.
What about the hire was a lay up?

Atleast Grisham proved he can recruit now. Both of our freshman WR probably 1st to 2nd round drafts.
I'd imagine Dabo still gets involved in coaching of the WRs too some.
CJ is my biggest question. Haynes looked way better than a hurt Mafah before he got injured, though idk if that was his decision or Dabo's.

Chances are there will be other changes/assignments made to some degree but yeah the DC was the biggest issue. ST is obviously another one but seems Allen has some experience there as well so I expect a change in That philosophy as well. Dabo has used the portal constructively this offseason already, rearranging recruiting roles etc. credit where it’s due.

Kicks blocked - Last in the nation
Special teams efficiency - Among worst in the nation
Run defense - among worst in power five
Running back rotation- need depth

Lack of elite DL and elite depth. Not too long ago we had 5,6,7 DL drafted.

I will never understand how Wes was fired, but yet the CO-DC still has his job. I believe both should have been let go. But I read yesterday Wes is still with the program, but I don't believe that based on what Dabo said.
