After reading Levon's book and other stuff, I shed no tears for Robbie. I will give him credit for some great tunes, and I hope that his 100% writer'c credit/royalties were actually deserved. Last Walz was an excellent movie of performances, but the band's dialogue in those chat sequences kinda said a lot too.
Were Robbie and Martin Scorsese, like, secret lovers? or just dope buddies.

which we weren't. Robbie wrote all lyrics for sure, and most of the music. Of course in any band, you had to refine that sound. Levon thinks they should have received song-writing royalties, Robbie said he busted his a$$ writing while Levon, Rick, and Ricard stayed up all night with their addictions.

What is the truth? I think you had to be there.

Won’t argue that. Many bands have issues w/ credits.

But ending the band seemed to be Robbie’s call. Their arc was the same as many bands in (at least) that period. All the more kudos for Stones rolling through dope issues, writing credit issues, ego issues, and more. How many bands started when they did, and lasted like them?
