Steward played in 1 too many games to be eligible. Ramsay went out in the 1st game of the season so there was never any question to if he would be eligible for a medical RS or not. Its not a case of the haves and have nots when a rule is followed strictly. Is the timing on Steward's injury unlucky? Yes, but it isn't unfair treatment just a bad break.
