What's interesting about the video is how the Secret Service sniper was pointed at the shooter, waited for him to take his shots, then blew his head off with a single shot.

why didn't the get him before hand. I get the impression he was visible for a few minutes. And if he waited till he did why didn't the get the target off the stage?

Why didn’t the police snipers radio to Trump’s SS detail first, so that Trump could have been whisked off to safety?
There’s endless discussion about the shooter and sniper dynamics, but zilch on why / how the SS detail at Trump’s podium wasn’t alerted when the police snipers saw an unidentified man with a rifle on a roof within eyesight?
Are these guys relying on carrier pidgins to pass along messages?

Said they can’t just blast people. So they might have been waiting to se if it’s a real threat.
My bigger question is why was that rooftop not secured or even used by SS? It’s the highest point around.

Still look8ng for the first account of why not / how not the rooftop police snipers chose to not radio to the SS team at the podium to evacuate Yrump immediately upon seeing an unidentified man crawling around on a roof within easy shooting distance of the podium.
It is ridiculous to believe that the police snipers didn’t have a radio, or didn’t know how to use a radio, or had the terrible judgement to watch the shooter, wait for the shooter to fire, and then kill the shooter … instead of first radioing the SS agents at the podium & insist upon evacuation.
None of this makes a bit of sense.

No, actually they killed the shooter with a chest shot. But yes, I find it odd that he didn't get permission to take out the shooter BEFORE he was able to take 5 shots

As for me, I can not stand Trump, but I wish him no harm. He is a symptom, not the cause of this county's problems. And on the most pragmatic level, had Trump's head split like a watermelon on LIve TV, this country would be on fire right now, and that would be a wound this nation would never heal from. I do not get why people like them, but I can still respect and love people I disagree with.

not me buddy. I think he got incredibly lucky to come that close, and the ENTIRE nation got lucky he missed. It was also very windy. The Sharp shooters were half the distance and they had to put 3 rounds in him.
