He is not the only one. All these players trying to get a 5th and some cases 6th year of eligibility. Only couple of days left to enter so these guys not projected as NBA guys are doing this.

Interesting, I wonder under what premise he believes he could get an extra year. I would assume if he does get an extra year he would just come back here. Why would he enter the portal (whats the play/logic here)?

The NCAA is set to determine if athletes will be given 5 years of eligibility. If they do then these guys entering the portal can either stay at their current school if there is room or move to another roster. Supposedly the decision will be made this week.
