I have to be that person that says, I'll believe it when I see it. Because I haven't seen it the last 5 years.

2019 - Ngata and Ladson were supposed to be those guys. Both hurt a lot and Ladson transferred and Ngata was okay.

2020 - EJ Williams was supposed to be that guy. Transferred after decreased playing time each year.

2021 - Beaux Collins & Dacari Collins were supposed to be those guys. Dacari transferred and Beaux is doing okay.

2022 - Adam Randall was supposed to be that guy. An injury his first year and in year two he seems to not have the confidence and fire.

We've recruited 6 highly rated outside receivers these 4 seasons. 3 transferred and the other 3 didn't, or have yet to show up and perform like a Mike Williams or Tee Higgins.

Either our recruiting is missing on these kids, or our coaches are not very good.

Time will tell, but I believe Wesco is higher rated than any WR we have signed the last 4-5 years. His speed and athleticism are through the roof.

2011 recruiting class to find someone as high as #9 in the country.

That year, Sammy Watkins was ranked 9th in the country.

If he even has 1/3 the impact that Sammy did, it will have a huge impact.

According to the masses we're "not that talented" and "haven't recruited well".

Huh, it doesn't have anything to do with player development? I guess critical thinking is in short supply on Tigernet these days. We all know our current WR coaching is on par with Jeff Scott years. Right?

How you can recruit a roster full of highly rated 4*'s and have one of the highest rated WR rooms in the country but not have "any talent" is baffling. According to most of coaching the experts on Tigernet, this is THE issue at WR.

Roster management and player development have nothing to do with "talent". ZERO. Talent is not Clemson's main issue.

Everyone you just mentioned flashed but everyone of them spent or has spent significant time injured. How is any coach supposed to develop players who can't stay healthy? It is fair to state that the WR position since 2020 has been less than good, but it is unfair to blame any coach for the hand that's been dealt. The amount of injuries this team has suffered since 2020 has been staggering and in my opinion the coaches have done more with these teams considering the personnel than anyone should have expected! 10 wins or more including a championship '21 & '22 is absolutely amazing considering what was lost to injury! This team this year is still recovering from injury, Stellato, Randall, Collins, are all finally getting to play and work out all the rust. Williams arguably the best of the bunch will be back against Miami, teamed with Brown, that is two legitimate weapons. Get Collins and Stellato up to speed and all of a sudden the WR room becomes the biggest weapon. Sit back and watch 2nd half going to belong to the Tigers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst coach on our team by far is Grisham. Spiller prob next to the bottom also as RB coach but he's doing alright with recruiting. Go Tigers!!!

From what I understand, we'll be losing a lot of our defensive starters from this year's team. Goodwin's mettle will be tested in the next 12 moths.

The backup players and co-starters will be returning, and they have depth at the positions where the seniors who are leaving currently play. Ton of depth in the secondary and the front 4. Linebacker will have depth next year because of the experience they have gained from this season. The offensive line is fairly young and will also improve upfront on the offense. Cade will be a Junior and the running back corps and wide receiver corps will be steady. It's going to be insane next season and the season after.

Other article says

"Kicker pledge Nolan Hauser is 10/13 on FGs, with a long of 53. He set a national record for career field goals earlier this year. He also has 26 touchbacks in 32 kickoffs."

"Clemson lands big 2024 commitment from No. 1 kicker"

Nolan Hauser is in a class of his own for high school field goal kickers.

Hauser, a senior at Hough who has committed to Clemson, kicked a 48-yard field goal during the third quarter of the Huskies' 52-7 win over North Mecklenburg on Sept. 14 to establish a new national record.

The field goal, Hauser's only one in the game, was the 57th of his career and broke the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) record of 56 that was previously held by Cole Hedlund of Argyle High School in Argyle, Texas.

Hauser tied the record two weeks ago in dramatic fashion, kicking the game-winning field goal in a 20-17 win against Dutch Fork (South Carolina), the reigning 5-A state champions.

Hauser broke the state record of 52 career field goals in North Carolina as a junior in the 2022 season during a fourth-round 4-A playoff game against Grimsley and finished last season with 54 career field goals.
