Softball tickets - sold out already??

Tickets went on sale at 10am. It's currently 10:06. My wife has tried to buy tix for 2 Saturday games and already it's saying both days are sold out.
Is that right?? Iptay or season tickets taking precedent and killing the supply for the rest of us, or what??

I am in iptay, and I have been able to buy single game tickets for about a week or so now. So I bet they were bought up by iptay donors.

used Tigernet Tickets to get great seats. Just wish I lived close enough for season tickets.

Yup, with only a little over 2k seats and the popularity of the program, those may be the hottest tickets at Clemson right now. Even for IPTAY members if you weren't quick you didn't get any.

And the cost is pretty reasonable so people buy season tickets and pick the 5 games they actually want to go to and then resell or leave the seats empty for the rest. Stinks that if you can't commit to a full season ticket then if you buy direct from Clemson then you're stuck sitting on the berm.

You can catch some fly balls or home run balls, and we were actually on TV for quite a while last year when the announcer was digging my wife's lawn chair (a little too much!)
It's fun out there, with all the kids running around and such.

but she got the ones we wanted for Saturdays, including Duke.
$30 each for the berm. I remember when I was a student - late 80s/early 90s - thinking that football bowl game tickets were expensive at $30! My how times have changed! Now I'm paying that much for regular season general admission softball tickets!

Used to walk up to folks for football games and pay $15 bucks. Not sure if that will get me a drink and a hot dog now.

Yep hate they built the facility so small but who would have known that softball was going to be what it is now. That’s what a great coach can do for a program.

Anyone with knowledge of college softball knew the facility was too small. Did same thing with basketball practice facility years ago - lucky no one died hitting the end wall 3’ from endline. Cheap where we don’t value - volleyball for 35 years a facility doesn’t meet height requirements. Maybe things are changing. Hope so. Get that softball facility enlarged. Soon.

That said... there are some advantages to being an inaugural season ticket holder even though the prices have gone up 10x since then. I'll be selling some of my tickets... secondary market is fairly active for softball.
