Friday night, went to the Peace Center for the Tab Benoit and Anders Osborne concert, Mike Ziot opened, all were phenomenal.
Saturday, to Greenwood for a baby shower for a couple in beer club. It was fun, ended up chugging beer from a baby bottle. Got home, see that some idiot did something really dumb, attempted to make no comment as they way information was coming out it was baiting people to make really bad hot takes.
Sunday, did a little bit around the house, got more news on the big incident, got more and more disgusted people grasped on to conspiracy theories while others went full on pot calling kettle black about rhetoric and whatnot instead of realizing the #### they talk leads to this stuff. Ended the night with House of the Dragon and that King Kong x Godzilla movie where they give King Kong and infinity gauntlet.

Fri - Dinner at Chili's, then home for a movie.
Sat - Washed wife's car, took car for oil change. I asked the mechanic if I could leave car running during oil change to see his reaction but he was unfazed.
Went to a party and had some reel good bbq at Fork Grove.
Fished a tourney Sat night on Greenwood, fishing was terrible but we somehow finished 3/10 and got entry + $10. My buddy broke off a 3 or 4 that would have landed us in first place. Poot.
Sun - Church in the morning. Went to friend's pool. Grilled burgers. Friends came to our house for icees and kids played outside.

You were right, BB. That BBQ was solid. Do wreck or mend to you other guys if you haven't tried the new Que at that location (Hwy 187 / Old Saddler's Creek BBQ).

on the way to judge at Greenwood. They asked me to meet them but I didn't want to drive 1.25 hours one way to eat
Sounds like I should have.

Pretty low key. Tried to stay cool. Watched my 1 tennis match of the year Sunday along with the Tahoe celeb golf (which can be fun)
7.6/10 (14.44/19 on the RH Covids scale) with deductions for heat.
Did due a gin.

Picked up a new (to me) bandsaw from a friend who is moving to an apartment
Got the wood to put a new top on my computer table
Piddled around trying to stay out of the heat
Did my best to ignore said incident as much as possible

Pretty good, relaxed at home Friday. Sat AM mowed, edged, pool maintenance all before it got too hot, then drove to MB for my nephews birthday at Pelicans game. It was hot. Sunday had brunch in Pawleys then drove the back way home, stopped at the farm to fart around for a minute, then watched footy all afternoon and evening.
Now I’m back at work, feels like I just left.

Friday, hung out at the lake with the pup, home to eat pizza, watched AEW.
Saturday, Mrs. had a meeting in the morning so she took the evening shift to close the park, so didn't plan any fun activities. Many yardworks were done, many groceries were purchased, watched AEW Saturday night.
Sunday, all day westerns on the Sundance channel, so with the yard stuff done and the oppressive heat I decided to do inside chores while stopping to watch parts of The Good The Bad The Ugly, Outlaw Josey Wales, Unforgiven, Tombstone, and Pale Rider.
16/19 Covids...too little live music and too many chores.

Both factions are hard-core heels. Christian Cage is a top-shelf heel, but the Jay White and the Gunns are just annoying. I'd love to see Juice Robinson team with Mark Briscoe though. They would bring some incredible old-school Mid-Atlantic-style heat as a tag team.

There's been a lot written about that. I know one thing for certain...he's one of the best characters in wrestling and is FAR under-utilized in my opinion.

Buddy came over to watch. Most of the weekend spent in the pool with the 10 year old, so that part was great.
Wife 2017 Honda Pilot broke down. 74k miles and this will be its 2nd extended trip to the shop. Don't like Honda much, and we'll see how much this time is going to cost
This really qualifies as Monday morning, but just became a Great Uncle for the 1st time, so there's that

Sat morn some yard work then over to GVL aquatic center for champions swim meet. 11 yr grandson improved on his IM and relay split times in each of 5 races. Headed down to Seabrook Sun morn, easiest most enjoyable ride ever on I26 including all the years going to IOP home. Sun afternoon at Seabrook pool; everyone on that freaking island was in that pool cause hot and high tide no beach. Went out and hit wedge shots onto 11th green at dusk after the ranger made his rounds 😎

7am - 6pm Sattidee; 7am - 3pm yesterday
played good enough to win, just could not make a putt to win a hole to save my ####. prolly b/c I'm a big va jay jay.
to summarize my golf game. I started yesterday +6 after 4 holes. Shot a 41 on the front. Shot a 39 on the back with a triple. So 5 holes, +9; 13 holes -1. Got to love that.
MIL helped w/ kiddos. banged it out late last night. slept in / rested up this mawn so no gym.

It was a weekend.
Friday Night - Met up with a gal from Hinge, and we hit it off. Gonna go out again later this week.
Saturday - Spent a good chunk of time working on my marketing Agency business. Left in the late afternoon to go brewery hopping. Around 7:00, I got a call from my mom (who I have been no contact with) and my sister letting me know my dad (who I haven't spoken with in literally 30 years) had died. So now I'm stuck dealing with this.
Sunday - Tried to get in touch wit the coroners office in CA, and then watched the Euro.

Fri - general jackassery during the day. Made it out for a bit for some karaoke.
Sat - met bro and some bros at Good Girl Brewery for a couple beers (no breakfast, no ho-mo). Went out later with some different bros, had fun, a tiny bit overserved.
Sun - wife sick so took little one to Greenjackets game in North Augusta to meet Bluey. Hot as effing eff, but once we got that done was able to get into some shade and enjoy the game. Mellow Mushroom for food after the game. Home and some Trailer Park Boys before bed.
