Who knows? The 4 that were legal had been here for 2 years. Bidens administration has been softer on immigrants. Probably letting more people through “legally”. Also, it sounds like they had a criminal background, should’ve never been let through. For some reason I don’t think this administration is strict on immigrants with criminal backgrounds.

The Biden administration and Department of Homeland Security, under leadership of Alejandro Mayorkas, dramatically reined in deportation practices of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), prioritizing national security and violent crime concerns over petty and nonviolent offenses.
“Reined in deportation practices” definitely sounds like this administration is less likely to deport migrants. Which means they wouldn’t be as ambitious about going after migrants with expired visas.
Biden’s biggest immigration proposal to date would allow more new immigrants into the U.S. while giving millions of unauthorized immigrants who are already in the country a pathway to legal status. The expansive legislation would create an eight-year path to citizenship for the nation’s estimated 10.5 million unauthorized immigrants, update the existing family-based immigration system, revise employment-based visa rules and increase the number of diversity visas. By contrast, President Donald Trump’s administration sought to restrict legal immigration in a variety of ways, including through legislation that would have overhauled the nation’s legal immigration system by sharply reducing family-based immigration.

So yeah, Trump restricted legal immigration. Biden has welcomed it. So there is a good chance those clown would have A. never been allowed in or B. been deported when visas expired, when Trump was in office.

You should be asking yourself what law(s) did the Biden Admin ignore? The laws are already in place and the undeniable "fact" is that they were all here against the law. Whether by crossing illegally or staying after their approval expired be it a Tourist Visa or whatever. Either way they should have not been here. That is all BAW.

LOL. Nothing in there is Biden altering our current immigration laws and encouraging ILLEGAL immigration. I support legal immigration to a point. We are currently at a point where we need to arrest all immigration. At least for 6 months until we can get things sorted out.
You have proven, even with facts right in your face, that you are just here to argue. Biden passed executive orders to make “legal” immigration more easily accessible and to decrease deportation efforts. That’s indisputable fact. It’s literally in writing in the executive order. Making “legal” immigration more easily accessible means those Chileans got into this country easier than they would have before Biden. Decreasing deportation efforts decreases the chances they would be deported after their visas ran out.
Really simple. You must have Biden brain, then again he is your daddy. So that makes sense. Nice try. But you failed. Again. You have to feel stupid as #### by now.

Do you even read your own links? The Chileans did not come here as immigrants, they traveled as tourists with passports just like if you traveled to France or where ever. Biden had nothing to do with them getting here easier as their path here was the same as it was under Trump. It doesn't even say when they traveled here.
Nothing you posted shows and action taken by Biden to encourage illegal immigration. It only says we will make sure our immigration laws are be executed as written. You're embarrassing yourself because you don't actually read your links before posting. Too funny. 😆
