Unfortunately not really, but then again im not sure what you think "good" is...not being crude but I grew up in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath mill hill home. That home sucked but if in W NC might be 200ish...

It have an estimated value over 750k in 2024...either this is a massive typo ( yet time on market is 148+ days) or these pics are pre Hurricane/flooding and this is basically a demo and rebuild. Very, very strange

No, the exterior veneer on that house is exxxpppennnsive if I'm guessing right.

A great portions hardy board including the side that suggest cedar shake. The upper level is T11 with baton board which probably cost $3-$3.50 sf. I'm guessing at the T11 but I can't imagine what that hardy cost.
I'm not keeping up with realestate either but if that place cost $600k I wouldn't be surprise and even if it were over a mil I wouldn't be stunned. I'm sure they aren't giving that Ponderosa Pine away. You see that on that vaulted ceiling. A mil might be cheap, idk.

Nice looking house, but those counter tops are the same FUGLY color as the ones

that my oldest sister put in her new house when she had it built three years before she died. I don't think the counter tops had anything to do with it, but they shirley did not contribute to a long life.

Could be a partial ownership stake. Thats how they list those for some reason which makes no sense. Also thats a heck of a HOA. Almost $700 a month. Seems high for a place in the woods.
