So, big thanks to @TigJam® who confirmed a few details in a thread today, of what the new license plate from the SCDMV will look like.
Using this and my context clues, I was able to piece together, what I'm fairly certain will be the new plate image.
Without further ado...
Let me know TigJam...am I right?

Yes, everyone is going to have the same numbers on the plate. All registered to your name.
I plan to be breaking a lot of traffic laws...cause no skin off my back.

What's the most recognized logo for Clemson University, the Tiger Paw, and it's the smallest part in that tag. Plus the writing at the Top, and South Carolina should be in orange. Just my opinion.

The logo is a big deal, and designed by Clemson...and is becoming pretty well recognized in its own right. We already have the standard plate with the Tiger Paw, if that's what you're looking for.
As for coloring, I don't think anyone will argue that, but SC standardized their plate design a few years back, and this is the way most of the specialty tags look now.

Fair enough, I saw SCar's baseball version and the letters were NB, which I thought may have meant "National Baseball"...
That's why I took a guess at "NF"

Yes, but their logo is very easy to see. With this plate the tiger paw and Clemson are too small. I really wanted a plate, but I'll pass. I have a magnet that is the same design as the plate.

The only reference to Clemson is the tiny paw in the logo. Would rather see "Clemson" in large letters instead of "South Carolina".

You should do it. Put some dash cam's in the back to show the reactions. Go to Buckeye events.
Make a youtube channel for it. You know where to get your first couple thousand subscribers, Clemson and Michigan forums.
Maybe find a Michigan fan that's willing to carry Clemson's banner to #### of Buckeyes.

Very poor design - looks like South Carolina was the 2016 National Champions - and especiaslly in mostly black and white - Should say CLEMSON somewhere on plate - cannot believe this passed approval of Clemson.....
