But the kid loves Clemson. Coming from his background, with his family, it would be easy to walk in and be a drama queen. We have seen it happen countless times before on the college level and especially with quarterbacks. He loves this school, and loves this program, and I for one would be happy to see someone like that become our next QB after Boyd.

I like the guy's enthusiasm and confidence. I think he may have to develop a thick shin, however.

I love the guy!!! He is "all-in". Some qbs are still out visiting while "the Chad" is making promises to him that he didn't make to Clemsom!!!!

I cant wait to see Kelly play...in 2014, but PLEASE drop the whole "swag" thing until....
You PROVE yourself as a LEADER like Tajh has!!
And LEARN something about humility while you are at it!
Kelly, I believe is ALL IN, but his legacy good or bad will be determined on the field as a leader, not how much "swag" he thinks he has!

but call it cockiness or confidence...that stuff rubs off on your team. The kid has that IT factor in my book. The only other thing is to show it when given the chance. Go Kelly!

recruited for his humility.
That will come with some time...but right now and in the immediate future I just say let him be himself and see what happens. If he needs toned down, somebody will take care of that.
