he says football is only a hobby for him; that he's really a soccer player, but soccer players typically don't get offered full athletic scholarships.

about a month ago. Football staff there was hosting him. He definitely didn't look like a football player and seemed different than the others. I him being from Nigeria is the cause of that.
I do know he isnt 6-8 or 280. Definitely closer to 6-5 - 6-6 and closer to 250. Looked very lean.

I bet he plays TE, if he can get his blocking skills up

With that height he would be a scary TE, but the pad level would be difficult with that height too

He plays OT as well. His coach said that Penn State is recruiting him as an OT. He said that they are the only school recruiting him as an OT at the moment, but he may end up an OT somewhere.

One of the few sports you can never play in your life and be good at immediately due to either your size, speed, or a combination.

Clemson soccer team have had and has many on past and present teams. The past football teams had Nigerian players as well. Nothing new here. Just a controlling mom who was suprised by her son commitment in which she already had her mind made up for her son college team.

He has zero technique and would need a lot of coaching. He basically just stands up and moves to the ball when its snapped.
But, he has size and mobility that can't be coached. So, with some work he looks like he could play OL or DE. TE would be interesting, but a lot of times kids who grew up playing soccer overseas can't even catch a cold.

He uses his hands well. Add strength and power with his already decent foot work, if he can't get to the qb, he will be batting football everywhere. Plus creating trouble with the passing lane for opposing qbs. Added power and strength, he will be dragging down backs and qbs due to he wing span. He could improve his footwork, speed, and agility as a parttime basketball player for Clemson, creating a better tightend for the offensive side, for thoughts? It would be hard to keep this kid off the field with a little college coaching from Clemson defensive coaching staff.

With a little college level coaching, Clemson can have fun with this kid by using him anywhere on the d-line and using him as a TE or at the wideout position in the redzone for sides advantage. He still fresh and learning the game. If he catch on and get all the basic down, he could be an all around athlete for the football team. PS:I bet he can block a few roundball shots as well.
