same grass as on the fairways at the Walker Course and most other nice golf courses in our neck of the woods. We do overseed with Rye, but not until it starts getting cooler before the Bermuda goes dormant. The Rye is mostly for color....dormant Bermuda works fine, just not as pretty and you can't cover divots without overseeding.

Yes, they probably do, but they may also use a growth.......

regulator on it during the summer so it doesn't have to be mown as much. The growth regulator also tightens it up....a good thing.
