When the highest seeded teams from the ACC are #5 seeds! The ACC once dominated college b- ball along with Kentucky and Kansas

Truth. Good riddance. If Clemson being “good” in MBB only means that the ACC is “bad”, we should probably jump ship before our school is left holding the bag, paying out money that Clemson earns in football revenue for the conference to the other truly weak schools because everything has to be fair! What’s the word on that super conference semi-pro football league I’ve heard about? ACC suxx.

poisoned by the media, building into a self fulfilling prophesy. A coffin which John Swofford later put the major nails into when he "negotiated" a contract with ESPN / TV that wasn't even in the same rent district as the SEC or BIG were getting from their partners.

It is one year. Uva is a 4 seed. Had two in the FF last year.

And 3 in the Elite 8. Having only 5 teams in last

I understand the sentiment to say goodbye. I have felt that way since the ACC put the screws to us in football in 1982.

That being said, for those like me that have followed ACC basketball for over 50 years, it’s sad to see what the league has become.

I still say the leagues demise started after Bias’s death and accelerated with expansion and the loss of top notch coaching.

Look at around at the leagues head coaches, the quality is just not there.
