Dawgs got swept by Texas I think. Clemson should be ranked 2 or 3 after that weekend.

Probably ranked 4th behind Arkansas, Texas and maybe Tennessee depending on how they did this weekend. I haven’t checked.

Tennessee lost 2 of 3 to TAMU. Should drop a few for that.

Yeah uga did get swept. I don't believe we're the #2 team right now. Honestly, I don't believe we're a top 5 team yet. Yes, we swept Cal. Cal isn't a good team. This Sunday starter has gotten shelled a few times... and not by good teams either. Even though our sos says otherwise, we haven't played any top teams, and imo our schedule has been easy.
Flip side, Cal can score some runs so our pitching did good. It has all year. Elite? Nah knaak is a legit Friday starter. Darden and Bailey are superb Sunday pitchers. Both have good stuff, good movement... but both tend to miss and leave it hanging. Top teams would expose them. We need another knaak. Pitch to contact will win us a lot of games with middle to weak acc teams. It wouldn't cut it in the sec.
Our hitting is weak. Way way too many k's... and weak flys and weak grounders. I would love to play Texas or Arkansas just to see where we really are. Yes, we can win the acc.

We have played some good teams so we get some of the benefit of the doubt with the rankings, but when you compare our schedule with a few of the SEC teams our schedule looks a lot weaker.
Most of them don’t have Pitt, Stanford, Cal, or Notre Dame stinking up the middle portion of their conference games. Florida and Texas A&M are near the bottom of the SEC and both of those teams are wildly talented.
We still have another game with Coastal, Louisville series, FSU series, and a Georgia midweek to bolster the resume and see where we truly stack up, but these guys gotta have to finish strong regardless. With this start, and the remaining schedule, anything less than like 44-12 would feel like the wheels fell off.

I mean, looking at that graphic we have a much stronger non-conf. SOS, and a pretty identical overall SOS. I think yall are reaching a little bit.
***EDIT*** I looked at it again, and according to the RPI we have a BETTER overall SOS than most of the SEC teams.

I thought our pitchers couldn't pitch and our hitters couldn't hit!! Oh and our starting catcher can't catch!!
How did we end up 30-5 with #2 RPI???
If you only looked at the T-Net baseball board during the games and nothing else, you would think our team is up in flames.
