TCI is saying that they are better than Tigernet. They say Hood should be scared of the competition lolol. Is Rob SERIous?!

and recruiting news is limited to LOI and Verbals with no other info so any site providing more than that is out pacing Tnet by a mile.

and a couple of those are pay sites that I do not subscribe too, with that said I like both TCI and Tigernet and think both do a great job covering Clemson. As far as the above poster that says Tnet does LOI and Verbals and thats it obviously missed the post-commitment storys Tnet has on the front page. There are certain things that each do well, I really like David Hoods reporting and think he takes pride in it while I think TCI has a tendency to try to beat other sites with info and has been wrong a time or 2 but I also like a couple of their weekly segments they do. I think it should be about making the readers happy and doing the best job possible covering Clemson Athletics then converting that into something the reader will enjoy and thats it, it shouldn't be about competition with another site which with some sites, not this one, is the case...

That turn out to be completely wrong half the time is better than posting facts after they happen?
Seems tci is more of tabloid where as tnet is usa today wIth an extended comics section.

we have more know-it-alls, goof-offs, comedians, drunks and those ready to fight! lol
Then again, we mustn't leave out our self-appointed derailers, many of whom seem to be in hiding - at least for a while, while where else can one find LBOD's for the wayward and informative discussions of beer varieties from our own resident Secretary of Beer (actually a feature I enjoy very well!)
At the end of the day I suppose this old mind soaks up about all it needs to from our great site, TNet, and I'm glad my youngest bro introduced me to it nearly three years ago. Which is probably a good thing, considering that's about the time I figured out how to use a computer.

Good competition makes everyone better. TCI has upped their game. I remember when their recruiting predictions were as wrong as the QCB's picks on Packer's old show. They've been better lately.
I also think the boards here (prior to the great July purge) were getting out of hand, resulting in folks going elsewhere to talk about Clemson sports rather than reading 500 bully posts.
That being said, they still have quite a way to go to parallel Tigernet.
