and more specifically from Ulta.

Seems like this type of thing has been going on for quite some time, like it happens at an Ulta in the upstate probably quarterly or so.

What TF are these people wanting to do with $25k in this stuff? Easy to fence it online or something?

And then why Ulta? They won't chase 'em or something?
