This is the Former Chair of ACC Presidents when the GOR was signed. He shares details about how it went down. This is incredibly interesting. There were two original holdouts, and Clemson was not one of them.

Presidents to make decisions about athletics, b/c a lot them are not in the athletic world... and at the end of the day, President/Chancellors make the decisions.
