Hello,

I wish to know if this person has ever contributed to the University of South Carolina in any way. As you may or may not know, a booster is a booster for life. He operates a website, http://sportstalgolive.com which appears to be in violation of NCAA regulations. From what I have found, websites that are run by boosters are not considered media by the NCAA, and therefore cannot interview or photograph prospects for their site. This website is out of compliance.

You may consider this a SC FOIA request.
