2 technically because of Covid. But he should go in the first 10 rounds and get a decent signing bonus.

Seniors and super seniors don't have much leverage when it comes to a signing bonus/draft position, so he is probably making the right choice. He's had two really good years at the plate. He isn't going to get taller and his power isn't going to get drastically better, so his stock is probably as high as it ever will be. He's showed enough to possibly stay behind the plate at the next level, otherwise he probably moves to like 2B or LF.

I agree I just feel like even if your ceiling isn’t that high and you can’t drastically improve why not come back and play on a really good college baseball team and maybe you catch lightning and hit for more power. I do agree he’s a very solid catcher but the mlb is all about launch and hitting for power so I don’t see him making unless that changes… which I believe he can I mean 2 years in college ball is a lot of time to develop.
