Oregon State or Washington State? Seems like those 2 are better Football schools than Stanford and Cal. ESPECIALLY CAL.....

Relatively small TV markets. Salem/Eugene, Or and Pullman, Wa won't be dragging in the needed numbers of eyeballs anytime soon if ever.

Oregon St. is in Corvallis which is even smaller than Eugene.

Eugene is only 30ish miles away. LMAO. Corvalis is much like Clemson in the college town atmosphere.

Which is dadgum dumb IMO but when $$$ is the driver of the train some programs get shafted that aren't already in the club.

If I were the ACC, I'd go ahead and lock them in and round out the Western pod. Then add 3 more schools in the SMU vicinity to have a Gulf Coast/AAC Division (like Tulane, South Florida, and Tulsa).

Then at least scheduling can seem a little better and you're prepared for when Clem/FSU/UNC/etc leave.
