Jesus just listen to it, a President who can speak in complete, coherent sentences. It’s like a revelation compared to the last 8 years. That’s the man some of y’all are still so haunted by, that you see Obama-shaped shadows in the current WH? God those were better times. Look what’s become of us since, it’s grotesque. I think the fundamental transformation happened, but it wasn’t the one Obama was talking about.

Yeah sorry, still not a dem, have voted for far more republicans in fact. Not sure how the concept of independents is still such a mystery to this forum. I think both parties have been overrun by their extreme fringes, and frankly it’s just sad at this point. There are barely any serious people in government at all, and the ones left keep resigning at an alarming rate.
