There shouldn't be any doubt in anyone's mind that Shitface Swofford put our conference into this ######## that we're in that looks impossible to wade through, and he did it without a single rope hanging down for anyone to climb out if that was what they wanted to do bc of the GOR deal he made with ESECPN.

He has us locked into a very bad deal that he made and signed the ACC to with only one way out, and HE, Shitface Swofford blew that only chance to renegotiate a new deal with ESECPN when he let Notre Dame go when they were caught strapped over a barrel without a FB schedule to play during the covid season. If Shitface Swofford would have been Intelligent, he would have used ND's FB program without a schedule to play to draw their FB program into a partnership with the ACC, and that would have opened the door for renegotiations of that screwed up TV deal he signed with ESECPN prior, but he put the power back in ND's hands by handing them a full season schedule without any demands whatsoever, and he retires leaving Phillips holding the bank bag that has only a few coins...

Honestly, my education only has a high school diploma, and a occupational school diploma that allowed me to earn a 2 year associate degree. With my limited educational level there is no way I would ever be allowed to negotiate a contract as big as the GOR between the ACC and ESECPN, in fact, the only contract I'll ever negotiate is with what happens with my personal life, and there are probably some in my family that would say I shouldn't be the one doing that

. One thing I do know, I would have never signed a contract like the one that John Swofford signed stating that this set amount was all I had a right to earn for the next 20 years...

With my limited education level, I do understand that with as fast as things change in the world that all of us live in, I would have to be a complete idiot to sign a 20 year contract stating this is all I will be allowed to make over a 20 year period. I may not have all the book sense as the people have making and signing these types of contracts, but I do have more than enough common sense not to sign anything that would lock me and my family in for the next 20 years, like the deal that Swofford signed the ACC into. What was he thinking that caused him to close his mind to how fast college sports changes from one year to the next. Just maybe there should be a 6 to 8 person panel put together to where all have to agree before signing contracts like the one that Swofford signed for the ACC....
