Ridiculous comments!
This is a game that comes down to 3-4 plays. The 2 biggest went their way: the fumble return and the missed fg. It happens in tight games. We’ve had our share of just the opposite.
People reading WAY too much into it.
What you should see:
Overall, we’re getting better!
*Our WRs are better than what most of you think. They won that battle today.
*The OL at least took a draw at worst against their vaunted D line.
*Klubnik is still young, but played a pretty clean and winning-formula game. He’s going to win a lot of games for us. (Quit comparing him to DW4 and TL16…and he’s way better than DJU because of his legs though I wish DJU well.)
Lastly, the sky is not falling! Yes, we’re 3-5 against our previous P5s, but we’re getting better!
Programs go through changes. We’ve made some changes and could have easily won today. (And no one would be crying on here.)
We need to come out next week and show toughness and go win!!!

I’m always all in, but not as happy as I was just 5 years ago. On the other hand, if 10 years ago someone had asked me if I would take a boatload off ACC Championships, Bowl game trophies, and 2 Nattys but it would follow with some down years, I would have taken it in a heartbeat.

It's coaching, QB, Roster, etc. Duke was not a fluke.

You obviously have no clue how tough it is to win at the highest level. We can name on less than one hand programs that have been more successful than us in the last 10 years. Other than Bama, who else? Not even Georgia.
Get a life and get over it and please when we win our next championship, don’t celebrate with us. You’re not ALL IN.
“Tough men” also go through tough times and ultimately succeed. But they don’t want downers like you around that only complain and can’t see all of that.

Clemson was lucky to end up with only a TD loss. Two home games that were yawners, a raucous home field, and a relatively light list of injuries to key players, All that wasn't enough, and Clemson is looking at the easy possibility of a four loss season (ND here and South Carolina away). Of course there is the rest of the ACC schedule, and who knows how that will go. We just have to face the fact that this Clemson team is certainly good, but no world beater. The better team won today. Really good teams always find a way, even when in a hostile environment.
Clemson is now at the bottom of the league, and most definitely heading back towards the ACC pack, a return to how things were when I was going to the games. When the big MO (momentum) fades, really good things are only occasional happenings.
You just have to wonder how things might have gone with a couple of strong portal acquisitions to plug up holes. Of course, we'll never know until Dabo is gone, and that's a long way off. In the meantime, his garrulous comments will continue to flow, and those who listen to or read them will decline. That's where I already am. I admire his past accomplishments, but he present and future don't look all that great.
I have no doubt the portal players at FSU, post-game, are all huddled in the corner of their locker room, or grouped in a tight circle on the FSU plane as they continue to be viewed as outsiders and ignored by those recruited as freshmen by the FSU staff.
Those who don't change with the times get inundated, and the Clemson program is in a pool a bit too deep for its return to prosperity and for my liking. I expect more "worse" is yet to come.

With all the talk of the portal, Clemson should have one the game. I agree Clemson needs to explore in using the portal, but it isn’t why Clemson lose the game. We weren’t lucky to have been in the game. These comments are nothing but emotional vomit.

FSU was stacked with portal players and with as bad as everybody is saying that Clemson is playing, it took a couple of bad plays for them to beat us in overtime. Clemson played a helluva lot better today than people thought without the portal players ya'll keep begging for. Are you looking at the Oregon Colorado game right now? No team is going to stay on top forever. All we can stay true fans and give them all the support we can.

Shut the #### up dude. Clemson was the better team today. We got out coached, plain and simple. We missed some plays but man we had em on the ropes until that fumble. Even still, we had a chance to win. When I say out coached.... I mean let's eliminate the thinking for cade on 3rd and 1 in ot. Call a strictly run play or a strictly pass play. Help the guy out, it's pretty much his freshman year

One kick. We win. FSU was lucky on that. But still even had a chance in overtime. Similar to NC State a couple of years ago when they missed in the last minute . One or two mistakes can mean the difference against a good team.
