coming in and bowl practicing with the team the year before his college playing career actually starts?

The NCAA can't control anything else these days, but it would be just like them to get their panties in a wad over something like that.

Given he's coming off surgery I'm hoping this means attending and observing practices more than anything else.

It’s been going on for a few years now, I think we had a couple of them practice last year. I think it was a DB and OL.

He's graduating HS mid year. Once that occurs and once Clemson's Fall Semester

ends(finals this week), then he's good to go. No different than a guy graduating in May and shows up beginning of summer.

If he’s finished HS and enrolled At CU for the coming semester then yeah. That’s sorta the whole point of the early commitment vs the later commitment period in Feb

If he's an early enrollee, which it sounds like he is, he's allowed to practice with the team. This is not the first time it has happened, it's one of the main reasons for early enrollment, so they can get the bowl practice.

I really like this young man and all of his enthusiasm, energy and excitement. I hope he gets to enjoy his participation with the Team down in Florida.
