It flew over the entire country. It hovered over our most strategic ICBM silos. Biden shoots it down when it's leaving our country. He is an idiot and so is everyone who voted for him. Of course, half the people griping about the balloon probably have TicTok running in the background.

Biden wanted it shot down Wednesday but the pentagon felt the risk of debris injuring civilians or damaging property was greater than the risk posed by the balloon itself. If you just have to be outraged by something let's find out why the dayum thing got all the way to Montana before we detected it. It's a long way from China to Montana; where was the balloon deployed?

No one is defending the last two years or re-litigating the 2020 election or making comments about any coming election. The only thing in question is whether Biden should have done something different in this specific situation. Biden wanted to shoot it down when he heard about it on Wednesday but the Pentagon advised against it and he followed their counsel. Would you have preferred that the commander in chief ignore his military advisors and go with his gut?
And for the record I pray to God that neither Biden nor Trump are their parties' nominees in 2024.

It came down from Canada. We were forewarned and knew there was potential for it to follow the jet stream into our country from Canada. Where it entered Canada hasn't been publicized to my knowledge.

Biden is commander in chief. If he wanted the balloon shot down Wednesday, it would have been shot down Wednesday.
If our military won't follow orders, them the Commander in Chief is a joke. If our military is too scared of casualties in the 4 people per square mile
desert it flew over, God help us.

Our leader let it violate our air space for almost a week.

Just so we’re on the same page. The President of the United States took advice from a guy who is totally unfit to be in the upper echelon of our military who he put in that position. This is the same guy who was responsible for the marines murdered in Afghanistan during the brilliantly planned exit.
This much I know , in 2023 , it’s not about politics. Thank God it’s not 2018 when politics were factored into everything including why Popeyes ran out of Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. And man do we miss the days of Trump being a Russian asset, at least that seem to keep them from invading a neighboring country that has cost us billions of $’s
