It’s not that the Feds have a limited 5 year statue of limitations.
And it’s not totally on the fact that the courts have been backlogged.
It’s to bring the criminality of Jan6 back into the voting publics thinking and continue to show that Trump & his loyal band of followers (deplorables) are bad peoples.

They are: Tx, Ca, Ny, Ca, Fl, Oh & Pa.
And, the conviction rate is at 100% while in DC it’s normally 50-75%.
Who would have known what with 93% of grand jury or jurists voting DemOcratic.

I assume the 100% conviction rate is because the cases are just that well put together.

If you’re tough on crime you must want ALL Jan6 dirtbags locked up.
If you think these dirt bags are unfairly convicted, you need to watch video footage of January 6. You will not see it on Fox News, but it is horrific. These people attacked the US capital and attacked the US Congress. Lock them up. These people should be put in jail. Period.
