grandson to Boston this summer for a Red Sox game and history experience. Any helpful advice is appreciated (hotels, sights, etc). The last time in Beantowm was in 2014. Thanks, fellow tigers.

Downtown Boston is extremely manageable and tons of History!! Use the Old North Church as a starting point and just start walking especially the waterfront. For great chow go to the North End for some of the best Italian food on the East Coast!!! Hotels just north of the city (Woburn area) are 30-40% less than the hotels downtown and public transit is very easy to navigate if staying outside of Boston. Wife and I have made every BC/Tigers game and love Boston.....Enjoy your trip
