I like RG3 a lot as well. They were kind of screwed, but it is good they aren't there. By the way, there are tons of smart people think they werent screwed.

They were !10% screwed. There is no doubt about that and it made lead to lawsuits. What people are conflating is whether they would have won their next game against (Michigan, Washington, etc) and the answer to that question is actually impossible to answer. People who say it was the right decision BECAUSE they were going to lose their next game are in fact stupid.

1. Wins don’t matter.
2. Losses don’t matter either.

There are no lawsuits going to happen and if so whoever sued would have a zero chance of winning one. The criteria was known before the season about a player being out. It wasnt based on being undefeated. It would be a frivilous lawsuit. The system was flawed to start with though. The good news for the nation though is that a team that wouldnt compete well isnt there. It sucks for FSU though.

My issue is that they were ranked high enough last week to be in but not this week, after winning. It seems like every ranking up to the final one isn’t really genuine.

Yes FSU was screwed. You don’t lose a playoff spot you earned because a committee thinks you will lose. The committee has proven blowout after blowout that they aren’t very good at predicting outcomes.

He still wants a chance ton play in the NFL. He told the Browns they should pick him up after Watson went down Would have loved to have seen it. Anyway, he is great at the job he has now. Smart with tons of charisma.

I know people either love or hate RG3, but there is no denying he is a pretty smart guy and I'm interested in hearing his take
Also, the comment he made during the UNC game that "Shipley has more moves than a military family" won him some points in my book.That was funny as ####

Because he already knows why. The SEC was not going to be left out. Regardless. FSU was the sacrificial lamb because Texas beat Bama at their place. It’s not rocket science.

People forget - Baylor got a bit ####ed with 2014 CFP invite

They were in the mix going into the final week. TCU was 4th and Baylor was 5th and tOSU 6th.
All three teams won their final games, but tOSU leapfrogged the Big12 teams. In this case , the committee justified by citing the conference championship performance of tOSU as the reason. Big12 didn’t have one at that time.
