I can’t tell you my source but this source also told me monte lee was gone before it was official! This source has a bigggggg tie to the football team. You see him on tv a lot!

It’s like 95% official on the bowl…neither lville or fsu would go to the holiday bowl. This acc championship game has no effect on clemson.

This is what 24/7 is reporting:

Clemson has never played in the Holiday Bowl and the Tigers plan on a trip to San Diego, sources said Friday. Clemson's last football game in California was the 2019 national championship against Alabama. After finishing 8-4 on the heels of its fourth consecutive win on Saturday night against South Carolina, the Tigers are an attractive option for various reasons. It's either Oregon State or USC in this spot from the Pac-12. And organizers know Caleb Williams will likely opt-out.

Our bowl game is dependent on if an ACC team gets in the playoffs. No way you have a reliable source on that.
