paid big time NIL money to Pennix not to play?

Or, a playoff team bought a star player from another playoff team so that player wouldn't be eligible to play in the playoff. Like what if Michigan offered 3 million to Milroe at Bama and Milroe took it.

That would be some next level NIL moves.

A guideline, in this case is a suggestion (w/o repercussion); otherwise, it would be a statute/law/rule.
