But I don't recall if he played after that killer pass to Clark for the dunk.
I was recording the game and had stepped out for a while when we were up by 24...came back to finish the game and it was just a mess to watch. Our guys really need to get it together.
Chase was excellent early on tonight, even making a couple of nice 3s.
But down the stretch he was way off with the turnovers, etc.
Not sure how our senior guys (Chase, PJ, Girard) can take anything for granted at this point....they
really need to close out these games. No lead is safe, apparently.
Good riddance to January...was really not a good month for this team.
Maybe February will bring some improvement.

This is true. Chase and PJ need to step up from 3. it's going to be hard to win especially in the tourney if they continue to shoot this poorly from 3

PJ needs to stop shooting 3's and play in the paint. He's down to 25% on the year.

Beadle needs to get paired up with a shooting coach in the off season. Thus far 16% behind the arc and just over 50% on FTs.

Yes.
He is anything but getting polished.
He has great energy and speed.
But defensively he will go for the fake and be way up in the air too often.

Beadle is the most athletic player on the team. Yes, he needs to work on his shooting but is Hunter really shooting it any better. Our starting guards get beat off the dribble a lot and it really doesn't seem to matter what team we're playing.

being an okay team and a dangerous one. Once again, in only 13 minutes of playing time, he led everyone on the team in point differential: +17 for the night. If you check our box scores this is a recurring theme with him - leading the point differential regardless of how many minutes he's in, or close to it. The extra dynamic and speed that he offers our team is outstanding, and it allows Chase to better operate in his more natural shooting guard role. Yeah, he can get a little wild at times, but that's just a byproduct of his athleticism and something that more competitive minutes will help him corral.
Brad needs to find a way to get Beadlejuice more time on the floor during our closing stretch - period. What he brings to our team is the difference between ho hum and glory. Remember too that this is his 3rd year in the program as he redshirted, so upper class experience to go with chops. Mo Beadle!
