First how many people saw Clemson BB and thought baseball not basketball?
I bet several people think baseball first.
That is your first signal that Clemson basketball does not have as much support as typical Clemson fans think it does.

Where is the story about Last Night's Basketball Game?
Keep scrolling... go past the article/post written about tournament (ACC and NCAA) scenarios if Clemson beats Syracuse. It is not even updated to show that Clemson DID beat Syracuse.
Come on, Tigernet.
Clemson Basketball deserved better than that. Right?
If you do not think so, then that might be #3 signal that Clemson BB is not a top priority for you and other Tigers.

otherwise Brownell wouldn't still be the head coach. If BB isn't a priority for the AD and the Athletic Department, then how can you reasonably expect it to be a priority for the fans?

Good and correct point. Barnes goes down to Columbia and played great defense as usual and beat a hot Gamecock MBB team. He tells his players that if they don’t play defense then they don’t play for him. I was thinking about the 95 points Miami put on us. I don’t care what Brownell does the rest of the season we need a better BB coach. This is his BB team ever and he is not going to get far I’m afraid if it is like the past 14 years minus one lucky year.

Actually, that was a most unlucky year. In Grantham doesn’t get hurt, Clemson was a Final Four team in 2018. I really believe that.

No one is negative we are worn down to the nub watching this mediocre coach lose to ND with this team and NC beats ND by nearly 40. Can’t you see what is happening here friend.

Do you know how uncommon it is for us to finish in the top 4 of the ACC? We have done it 17 times. Eleven of those was when the ACC was just 8 teams.
Brad has 3 of our top 4 ACC finishes, and he plays in a 15 team league. This year will likely be his fourth top 4 ACC finish. That’s really impressive given our history.
We are also likely to be a 5 seed in the NCAA Tournament this year. We have only been to 13 NCAA Tournaments in our history. Brad has three of those and will make it 4 this year. No other Clemson coach has been to 4 NCAA Tournaments.
In terms of seeding, we have been a 5 seed or better in just 5 of our 13 NCAA Tournaments. Brad has one of those, and will likely make it a second one this year.
We are a very good team this year. We are punching way above our weight class. This is supposed to be fun! You should be enjoying this.

What we are tired off, is peeing the bed to many times when the game is important. If we did well in tourneys, we would feel differently. Loosing in teh NIT at teh beginning, kinda kills the vibe you know? Or loosing the first game in the NCAA Tourney, stuff like that,. It happens too often. If this changed, I might consider changing my feeling,.
