She should win because Donald's demonstrably guilty as he!!. My concern is that her judgment might not be awesome...which could burn her in jury selection. All it takes is one diehard who will not vote to convict no matter what and it's a hung jury.

Which of course Donald will spin as "total exoneration."

To be fair she perjured herself on the stand along with Nathan wade. Which is of course against the law. The judge basically said as much yet did nothing to hold them accountable. The judge even admitted there was an appearance of a conflict of interest, which is the same as a conflict of interest in the eyes of the law. Yet, she remains in the cas and not charged with perjury for lying under oath about when her and Wades relationship began.

Ironic, to say the least.
