Honest Question: What has Neff done to give you confidence in him?

Right now is an extremely fluid time in collegiate athletics. Our AD's decisions in the next year or two will impact our position for decades.
What has Graham done to give you confidence that he will lead us to a desirable position? I don't think there's ever been more of a crossroads in Clemson's athletic future. How confident are you in putting our foreseeable future in the current AD's hands?

Lee was (and still is) is his neighbor (next door). Brad is not.

that AD NEFF insinuated or seemed to suggest that Brad had to accomplish more this year than last year And do well in tournament games.
Well, seems things have been no more glorious this year than last year (did beat UNC there, again) but so many possible wins are left on the court in the crunch moments and lost.
Will Neff do his job and can BB?
Probably not which sadly shows one that Clemson Men’s BB program isn’t expected to excel past a certain above average level, unlike Football or Soccer.

I think Neff is a big step up from DRad, to be honest. (And if you look at Miami, I don't think DRad has fared well. I read somewhere they have a huge debt load, though.)
Several things to like: He hasn't noticeably irked Dabo. He has apparently not meddled in the Riley, Luke and Rumph hires.
Noonan seems okay and has been successful under Neff.
Gymnastics is about the best case scenario for a start-up program. His coaching hires to date have been solid (you can tell me how tennis is doing as I haven't looked that up).
He has started a facilities construction spree which, if it doesn't result in insane debt, will help in recruiting. Keep in mind regular kids like nice facilities too and pay that sweet, sweet OOS tuition.
Has he taken care of the club sports sufficiently? A quibble to an outsider, but the sailing and waterski clubs will have a lot to say about that.
Am I a little nervous that we won't be successful in leaving the ACC or breaking the GoR? Yeah. But I don't think Neff will do something rash and dumb. Drawn-out and dumb is still possible, though.
Am I a little nervous about the 110 Society being enough to attract athletes? Yes, but what would DRad be doing?
Yes, I was disappointed that Brad didn't get the heave last year when the goal was the tournament. I think that showed weakness and indecision. That is my primary gripe with the man but I can see why he did it.
I was disappointed in that. Brad keeping the team from being flat against what should be patsies is an art form. When they lost to Wake I thought this would happen.
Brad making the NCAA, unless they are humiliated in the first game, will have earned the right to one more year, as it pains me to say. But I think next year will be a dumpster fire so big that Ian will not be enough to stamp it out and that should be it for Brad.
