Per San Diego Union-Tribune

Clemson in line for first trip to San Diego; Southern California would be making its fourth Holiday Bowl appearance in the game's 45-year history.

For a game this far away, with nothing at stake, at least 50%of the starters opting out, what is the point of even playing this game?

Who is even going to think that traveling to this border town with so many homeless encampments would be a desirable holiday destination?

From a citrus bowl insider. Pop tart wanted to take us but they used their jump ahead 2 years ago when we played Iowa state. This year it will be ncsu vs Kansas state. You heard it here first
