Tostino’s pizza in the convection oven lol. Put some cracked pepper and hot sauce on it. We finally put the Christmas decorations away today so don’t judge.

Baked ham, tater salad, deviled eggs. Once again, I told my wife what I wanted for dessert. She must be losing her hearing ability. She walked off as though she didn't hear me.

Eating out of the freezer tonight . . . Had a bit or sauerbraten left from Christmas that we froze . . . about to cook some fresh noodle and a small batch of cream of celery to go with it.

when I was 3 . . . We landed in Sumter for Dad’s Sales Position with the Charleston Based Geer Drug Company.

Dad’s Parents lived at 14 Bennett Street (behind the Old Charleston Museum), mom’s lived on Ashley St (north of The Citadel) as did we.
Dad’s folks were of German descent and who I have to thank for the Sauerbraten Tradition.

Always have tomatoes, rutabagas, turnips, celery and onions in mine . . . Will be sure to try the leafy greens in it on the next go round!!!
