Here's why I dont buy the "we're young" excuse

The only reason why "we're young" is because Jack and Co. failed miserably at roster management. If you manage your roster properly and recruit the correct numbers then you won't have this problem.
Yes, we have more freshmen and sophomores than we'd really like right now. I certainly dont fault the players, they are who they are. But Jack should not be excused because of it. Afterall, we're only in this position because of him.

A lot of these Freshmen and Sophmores have been playing year round Baseball for close to 10 years. That dog won't hunt! Baseball is not like a Football team that is filled with underclassmen.

Carolina started 5 freshman in Omaha vs Arkansas...never once heard Tanner say they were young.

is getting old to say that our players are young since they've played a whole season.
But I don't think it's Jack's fault alone that they had a great second-half to the season only to completely lose it beginning with the second game this month at FSU. These guys have got to execute when they're on the field playing - Jack can't execute for them.

It has been a while since Jack has had a recruiter with the talent and the ability of Bradley LeCroy. Bradley's initial efforts are just starting to show. Calm down. Bradley will bring in players that will make Clemson serious challengers on the national scene.
