I wasn't mowing. Nor were my shorts tight. I'm quietly digging up bulbs with a shovel.

I was bending over a lot. I must look better from a distance.

One of the Atlanta talk show radio guys in the 90’s/2000’s - Neil Boortz - had a place in the north Georgia mountains, and this was one of his pet peeves and the subject of repeated rants. He always attributed it to “ doctors who owned airplanes always flying circles around and buzzing their (own) mountain homes.” Seems(ed) plausible to me - odds are this person is one of your neighbors doing the same thing.
