Demarkus Bowman update

DB had 2 carries for 7 yards versus a stout SAMFORD defense. 4 other Florida backs had more carries in the game. 14 carries for 81 yds on the season in 4 games. I was really thinking this kid was a superstar coming out of Lakeland HS. I guess not.....

He’s still young, isn’t he? He could probably use a few years developing in one place. They’re not all stars right away when they move up a level.

Its not just about being fast and scoring TD's. He has to learn how to block and read blitzes or he will never see the field. He has a lot to learn about being a complete back.
