11 stolen bases....1/3 of what Clemson had all of last season....I have been so ecstatic since the day Bakich was hired and this is just one of the reasons....He is going to take us back to a time that many have since forgotten and some of us have never seen.

I haven't forgotten, but I have been concerned with wondering if our Tigers would ever get back to when Clemson baseball was the sport that Tiger fans could hardly for when a season ended, for the next season to start back up!!! I pray this season with our new BB coach will put my concerns to bed with a lasting trip to the CWS!!!! You know our team has won a lot of games when we look up and see our Tigers name on the score board in Omaha, Go Tigers!!!!

I was a huge critic of the last coach. He hated small ball and wanted to live and die by the home run. I get it, it WAS the trendy thing to play big ball. Small ball is how championships are won. Elite pitching stops big ball EVERYTIME. Stolen bases, bunting, and small ball wins championships. This guy gets it. Clemson baseball is officially back! Thank goodness! Go Tigers!
