He had a lower leg injury. He was close to returning and then hurt it again. Won't play this year

Clemson in the home whites, Pitt in a really dark blue with yellow numbers and trim with a P on the chest. The Panthers also have one of the great names in college basketball in Federiko Federiko

Tigers call timeout with 1:14 to go in the half. Pitt leads 31-23. Tigers really having trouble with offensive flow. Pitt rotating on defense, playing physical. Might need to run it through Girard here.

Tigers end the half on a good note...get two FT from Chase Hunter and hold Pitt at the other end. Pitt leads 31-27.

Also Pitt started 5-6 from 3-point range but now 7-21. So just 2 for last 15. Missed 11 in a row at one point. 13 lead changes this half

Tigers win 69-62. Clemson improves to 20-8 overall and 10-7 in ACC play and is in 5th place in the ACC standings, a half-game behind Wake Forest. Pitt falls to 18-10 overall and 9-8 in the ACC. The Tigers swept both games from Pitt this season and Clemson is now 12-3 all-time against the Panthers. Head coach Brad Brownell is 12-2 against Pitt.
