It seems like we have gone to just trying to dink and dunk and transitioned to a mostly running offense just to try to score 17-20 points a game and rely on the defense and win ugly games . Where that gets you beat is you can’t expect your defense to play lights out every weekend. I miss the days when we played a team like this and we knew we would win by 20+ and we didn’t try to sit on 3-4 point leads, we were aggressive and tried to make our presence felt especially on offense. The last 3 years teams don’t even have to game plan for deep shots I mean how many games have you watched where wrs go up and make plays… we don’t even give our guys that chance , iv never watched an offense like it since watching film of the 80s and 90s lol. And ppl say the OL is the cause and while I agree some they pass protect well enough to throw the #### ball down the field and atleast make dbs make plays. We put absolutely zero stress on the back end of defenses and it’s pathetic to watch. I mean most cases it can even be incomplete or #### you may even get a PI called but we don’t even take the #### chance. This offense is predictable and boring as #### to watch and it’s been that way for 3 years.

We don’t have a great or even good sometimes QB or WRs. The offensive line is serviceable at best. Get used to it. This is Clemson football the next 2-3 seasons.

Ppl say that about the wr but how do we know?! The wr greats we had had a ton of balls that fell incomplete they didn’t make plays on but they were given opportunities. That was a great catch by Randall falling OB that I’m still not sure they got the call wrong… but name a game or time when we let these wrs show what they can do ? We never give them opportunities down the field!! And I agree the OL is terrible but they block well enough sometimes to get it down the field … take a chance every now and then I don’t get the scared play calling these kids came here to make plays freakin let the wr try to show what they can do besides wr screens where no one blocks for em or 5 yard hitch routes…. It’s hard to watch .

I really don’t understand how it’s we can’t move the ball on ANY defense, not just a good defense. Kentucky is just an average of defense. I mean it’s just baffling really
