any beef jerky suggestions

I’ve stuck with T-ROY Cooks recipes over the years, but want to try something else.

Any suggestions?

I make my own.

I use Eye of Round beef, slice it thin (nice to have a meat slicer for this), marinade in Veri Veri Teriyaki and smoke on about 180 for a couple of hours.

I love this Jerkyholic's Original Ground Beef Jerky recipe Somehow tastes a lot like the chicken kebab garlic sauce at the local kebab place. It's great. Just adjust the amount of liquids to the meat so it doesn't get too wet, but not too solid and you'll be a happy camper. It's easy to overdo though, it's just something you'll learn with experience. Also, ground meat doesn't pick up spice flavour as easily, so i usually use way more than what is called for in the recipe. Probably double or triple the amount there (excluding the prague powder of course).

Also teriyaki is pretty easy to make, both yourself or just store bought sauce. Just buy a bottle of tasty pre-made teriyaki that isn't full of sugar and mix until you're happy. Let sit for a couple of hours, then extrude and dry.
