Yall need to calm down some with this baseball team … last year should tell you something about this program , we are fine . It’s baseball , it’s early … once the lineup and rotation is set we will be fine … a lot of new pieces trying to figure out where everybody fits best. The pitching will get better we still have not had Darden or Gordon show up and once this team has the pecking g order set we will be fine lol this team had plenty of talent to host and I fully expect that .

It’s early season baseball my gosh man , those things will come, this team especially the IF has not played a ton of ball together besides playing each other .. we will be fine … if we are sitting at 8-12 or something then yea complain , it’s the second weekend of a baseball season 😆 seriously it’s obvious yall don’t know too much about baseball past little league or high school … its gonna be fine… pitching will come around and those hits and situational hitting will come as the year progresses. Seriously yall are too funny.

No one that knows baseball likes to see "their team" make errors (unearned runs, stresses pitching and etc.) but to win Saturday after making 6 errors, there is more to this team than you are seeing.

It’s early in the season it’s baseball man seriously , you expect baseball teams to just come out playing perfect from the jump especially replacing what we had to?? If you do then I don’t know what to tell you that’s insane.

Bc ppl don’t know baseball at all … and it’s obvious. This team will be fine there are a ton of new pieces to replace and figure out but we have plenty of talent. Gordon hasn’t even been a factor and during that run last year he was our best arm. Darden as well. These guys have been scrimmaging each other and there’s a lot of moving pieces especially on the IF and once Bakich figures out the order and where guys fit we will be fine…

I’m at a JUCO invitational right now and just witnessed a really good JUCO team get destroyed 15-0. It happens.
Early in the season, coaches are finding proper roles and positions for everyone. The team I follow (not the one that just got beat) is nationally ranked and got beat by the 10 run rule in a game a couple of weeks ago. On the flip side, they have beat a couple of perennial powers this season, too. The coach has shifted players, benched others, reordered the lineup several times, and played utility players a lot to see what they can do.
I hate losing more than anyone. But I’m more concerned about what team we will have in April and May, not February. And by we, I mean the Tigers, too!

As far as I can tell, there has not been an undefeated NCAA Div 1 baseball champion and only 1 with fewer than 10 losses (9). There's a long way to go.
