A Grizzly and Polar are the bear's heavyweights. A Siberian and the rare Lygers and Tigons are the tiger's heavyweights.

Interesting match up as both species can stand on their hind legs with ease and scrap.

Bears may have the edge in claws and a tad bit of bulk and power. The tigers have the edge in agility.. athleticism and teeth.

Kind of too close to call realistically.

The real Baylor bear mascot (a smallish black bear) stomped all over the Tiger mascot. They were just playing around, but the bear kept knocking the Tiger down and pinning him. The icy and cold game wasn't too much better...Them 24 Us 18.
